Walsher Design & Build is an exquisite turn-key practice delivering residential, commercial and retail projects across Nigeria. Established in 2012 as a response to a gap in the market — clients who need bespoke, luxury outcomes within a controlled cost, quality and timeline.
We deploy trained professionals and engineers with expert knowledge of current material, labour and plant costs — paired with M&E and structural consultants — to protect value at every stage of a build.

Tokunbo Sule-Owuda
A vibrant, enthusiastic architect based in Lagos with more than two decades in the architectural and building industry. She studied Architecture at Yaba College of Technology, took an MBA at Lagos State University, and qualified as a certified PRINCE2 project management professional — a combination that shaped a career spent in the business of execution rather than drawing alone.
She is an alumna of Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona. Until 2012 she was a project manager and director at a private architectural and construction firm, resigning as associate partner to found Walsher DB Ltd. Her work spans residential and commercial buildings, banking expansion and remodelling, hospitals and hospitality, mixed-use and high-rise.
Known for consistently pushing the limits of design and build, interior space planning, remodelling and re-urbanisation with an intuitive, conceptual and stylish approach, her broad exposure and travels have left signature works within and beyond the shores of Nigeria. She is also a Feng Shui explorer.
