Tokunbo Sule-Owuda
Tokunbo is a vibrant and enthusiast Architect based in Lagos, Nigeria.
She commenced her college education at The Yaba college of Technology where is studied Architecture and then went on to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from Lagos state university, she further continue her courses to become a certified PRINCE 2 Professional in Project Management, this were instrumental to a the making of a memorable Design and build exploits as she always knew her interest was in the business of execution.
She is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School(LBS) and IESE Business school, Barcelona Spain. Her astute sense of space has had a profound effect in her design approach as she is able to manipulate around spaces without compromise expertly.
She has over two decade experience in the architectural and building industry.
Until 2012, she worked as a project manager/Director at a private Architectural & Construction company where she resigned her position as an Associate partner to start her own company -Walsher DB ltd. Her work and experience spans from Residential to commercial buildings, banking expansion/remodeling, hospitals and Hospitality, mixed use, high rise and health buildings.Known as an architect who has over the course of her career consistently pushed the limit of Architecture design and build, Interiors space planning, re-modelling, and re-urbanization with her intuitive, self-taught, conceptual and
stylish design approach. Her broad exposure and travels has been of immense advantage and she has left her signature works within and outside the shores of nigeria.
She is also a Feng Shui explorer.
Olaitan is a PARTNER at the indigenous Construction firm Walsher Design and build, real estate guru, public health promoter and a self-improvement junkie.
Olaitan lives in United kingdom and has worked remotely in the last two years as an integral member of the team. With many roles as HR and Business Developer for Walsher Design &Build, and over eight years of experience that has sharpened her skills, Olaitan effectively Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, Excellent communication and IT skills, strong problem-solving and creative skills, strong sales and negotiation techniques, teamwork and leadership skills, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Andrew has over 8years of experience in the architectural profession. He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, in Osun state.
Andrew is saddled with the responsibility of leading the project team to meet the project objectives and stakeholders expectations thereby balancing the competing constraints on the project with available resources.
With a design approach to reconnect architecture with nature, make optimum use of space, lighting and landscape to reinvent and transform living environments and urban scales, he strives to create designs that inspire, thereby approaching each project, regardless of size and scale with an understanding that Architecture has a unique power to influence.

A registered Builder who graduated from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in Ogun State in year 2008 from the department of Building Technology with Upper Credit.
He has vast of experience in construction and has worked with different companies since 2009 before he joined Walsher DB LTD in April 3rd, 2014 till date.
In order to be relevant in construction industry, he joined the professional institute - The Nigeria Institute of Building (NIOB) Ogun State chapter in year 2010 and sat for his graduate exam the same year. But for certain reasons, he couldn't complete the course for some years but finally became a Registered Builder of Nigeria with CORBON in the year 2023.
Grace is a performance driven and knowledgeable administrative officer with over one year experience.
She graduated from The Federal polytechnic Ede,Osun state where she obtained Higher National Diploma in management.
Grace is a smart and energetic admin officer who is responsible for managing various daily office operations,maintaining confidential documents and files and being in charge of office supplies.
